Abstract
In this paper we show that a fuzzy finite automaton M-1 has an equivalent m inimal fuzzy finite automaton M. We also show that M can be chosen so that if Mt is equivalent to M-1, then M is a homomorphic image of M-2. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science Inc. All rights reserved.
