Abstract
The high-frequency response of a Josephson junction is numerically investig ated. The resistively shunted junction (RSJ) model and the resistively and capacitively shunted junction (RCSJ) model are employed. Simulation results for the Shapiro steps are different between the two models. The difference with respect to the RF current is explained by employing a simple resistor and capacitor model.
