Abstract
Hydrozirconation of internal acetylenic selenides afforded 1,1-bimetalloalk enes, (E)-alpha-selanylvinylzirconium, which can cross-couple with alkynyli odonium tosylates directly in the presence of Pd(PPh3)(4) as the catalyst.
