Abstract
The linkage isomers trans-bis[1-(2-aminoethyl)piperidine]dinitronickel(II) (brown) 1 and trans-bis[1-(2-aminoethyl)piperidine]dinitritonickel(II) (blu e) 2 have been synthesized and characterised by X-ray single crystal struct ure analysis.
