Abstract
Tetra-n-butylbis(2,3:4,6-di-isopropylidene-2-keto-L-gulonato)distannoxane h as been synthesized and characterized by 1D H-1, C-13 and Sn-117 NMR, 2D H- 1-C-13 HMQC and HMBC NMR spectroscopy, and electrospray mass spectrometry. It was found moderately active bl vitro against seven human tumoural cell l ines.
