Abstract
MgO could be directly dispersed onto zeolites-L, ZSM-5, beta and AlPO4-11 a nd hexagonal mesoporous silica (HMS) molecular sieve by microwave irradiati on. New solid bases were formed being active in the dehydrogenation of isop ropanol or the isomerization of cis-2-butene. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V . All rights reserved.
