Abstract
The International Method for the determination of the pH of an aqueous susp ension of filter aids has been collaboratively tested by members of the Ana lysis Committee of the European Brewery Convention to obtain repeatability (r(95)) and reproducibility (R-95) values. It was found that precision valu es were not dependent on the pH of the aqueous suspension of filter aids ov er the range 6.5 to 10.6. Repeatability (r(95)) value of 0.13 and reproduci bility value (R-95) of 1.04 were obtained over this range.
