Abstract
A flow system including an on-line coated capillary column for the det ermination of traces of metal ions in natural waters is proposed, empl oying a manifold of flow microwave sample processing. This method elim inates the noise caused by the organic matrix, i.e. humic and fulvic a cids. The system was applied to the determination of Pb, Co, Mn(II), a nd Fe(III) in swamp water. The proposed technique can be useful for ro utine analysis of natural and waste waters.
