Abstract
Part I (August 1998 issue, Pediatric Clinics), discussed appendicitis and c ommon abdominal diagnoses in infants and in children associated with vomiti ng, as well as special considerations in the evaluation of immunologically suppressed and neurologically impaired pediatric patients. In this article, the authors continue to discuss the evaluation of constipation, gastrointe stinal bleeding, common abdominal masses, and recurrent abdominal pain.
