In this letter we present the results of our numerical simulations for the
finite temperature electroweak phase transition using the SU(2)-Higgs model
on four-dimensional lattices at m(H) approximate to 80 GeV. The temporal e
xtension L-t = 2 is used for asymmetric lattice spacings with an asymmetry
parameter a(s)/a(t) approximate to 4. The measured thermodynamical quantiti
es (interface tension, jump of the order parameter and latent heat) suggest
that the phase transition is of Very weakly first order. (C) 1998 Elsevier
