Abstract
Considering the pool adhesion of electrode to substrate, diamond film as a new kind of substrate material was used to fabricate a glucose sensor. Part icularly, the immobilizing enzyme was investigated in detail. SEM and XPS w ere chosen to identify whether organic functional groups were grafted to el ectrode surface or not. The response characteristics of a diamond film gluc ose sensor show that this glucose sensor has good properties in the linear range 0.5-11.4 mM 1(-1), sensitivity 4.0 nA mM(-1) mm(-2) and peak reaction speed 2.5 mu A The glucose sensor based on diamond film was a novel microc hip glucose sensor with good potential.
