Abstract
Chronic meningococcaemia (CM), caused by the bacterium Neisseria menin gitidis is reported in a 27-year-oId Indonesian man. The main symptoms were intermittent fever, skin rash and arthralgia. The pathogenesis, symptoms, differential diagnoses and treatment of CM are discussed.
