Abstract
OBJECTIVE. This report describes the radiologic findings and discusses the clinical consequences of acute traumatic aortic tear occurring with an aber rant right subclavian artery. CONCLUSION. Identification of an aberrant right subclavian artery with acut e traumatic aortic tear must be emphasized to reduce iatrogenic morbidity a nd mortality.
