Solitary intraductal papilloma: Findings at MR imaging and MR galactography

OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this article is to describe MR findings in surgic ally proven solitary intraductal papillomas of the breast, including findin gs on MR galactography. CONCLUSION, Women with spontaneous nipple discharge and solitary intraducta l papilloma show, on MR imaging, dilated ducts with an associated enhancing , well-circumscribed mass.
