Abstract
In this paper, a two-species delayed Lotka-Volterra system without del ayed intraspecific competitions is considered. It is proved that the s ystem is globally stable for all off-diagonal delays pi(12), tau(21) g reater than or equal to 0, if and only if the interaction matrix of th e system satisfies Condition (WDD).
