Abstract
On 4 June 1997 a set of triplets was born in a captive herd of Mountain Goa
ls (Oreamnos americanus). We attributed this rare event to supplemental fee
d, which also resulted in early sexual maturity, larger body sizes, and a s
econdary sex ratio distorted toward females.
