Abstract
Electrooptic sampling has proved itself as the best technique for the measu rement of high-speed electronic signals, This is due to its high bandwidth and noninvasiveness, Standard sampling geometries rely on a rotation of pol arization within an electrooptic material and subsequent polarization sensi tive detection. In this paper, we present results using a simple technique which relies on Fabry-Perot resonances inside the electrooptic material to produce an amplitude modulation. This simplifies the experiment considerabl y.
