Abstract
In this work we calculate the itinerant and localized magnetization curves of the Laves phase intermetallic compound HoCo2 and discuss the nature of i ts magnetic phase transition. The numerical results were calculated from th e self-consistent solution of magnetic coupled equations obtained through t he combination of functional integral methods with molecular field approxim ation.
