Abstract
Thermal expansion and the equation of state of isotopically different sampl es of KCN were measured in the temperature range 175-300 K and at pressures up to 2 GPa by the neutron powder diffraction technique. No evidence of th e influence of isotopic composition on the thermal expansion or the compres sion isotherms was found. (C) 1998 American Institute of Physics. [S1063-77 61(98)02112-X].
