Abstract
Cassette dosing (also called N-in-One dosing) combines many test compounds into one dose solution, thereby greatly increasing the speed with which com pounds can be studied. Cassette analysis combines samples just prior to ana lysis. We have incorporated cassette dosing into a screen that can estimate the pharmacokinetics of more than 100 compounds per week. Key steps in the process have been automated. Cassette analysis has been very successful wi th several in vitro screens.
