Abstract
We present an easily constructed devise, which allows the testing and compa rison of microsurgical apparatus, providing a numerical result for statisti cal analysis. It also enables the trainee microsurgeon to practise basic mi crosurgical skills in a safe environment. Construction and uses are discuss ed. (C) 1998 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
