Abstract
The reaction of RSbCl2 with Li3Sb at -40 degrees C gives the three-membered organoantimony ring cyclo-Sb3R3 (1; R = (Me3Si)(2)CH). In. solution and in the crystal I adopts the structure of a cyclotrialkyltristibane with the s ubstituents in the cis and trans positions.
