Abstract
We have studied diamagnetic effects in structures with different numbers of coupled delta doped layers. We find that in structures containing only a f ew coupled doping layer the diamagnetic depopulation of subbands dominates whereas in structures with a large number of coupled doping layers the norm al Shubnikov-de Haas effect dominates.
