Abstract
The quasigroup approach to the conservation laws [Phys. Rev. D 56 (1997) R7 498] is completed by imposing new gauge conditions for asymptotic symmetrie s. Noether charge associated with an arbitrary element of the Poincare quas ialgebra is free from the supertranslational ambiguity and identically vani shes in a flat spacetime.
