Abstract
We present a case of intrapericardial teratoma diagnosed by ultrasound at 2 6 weeks of gestation presenting as a large tumour mass and rapid developmen t of hydrops fetalis. The fetus died in utero one day before scheduled open fetal surgery. Copyright (C) 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
