Abstract
Monte Carlo technique was employed to explain the mechanism of charge carri ers dispersion on the electrical transport in disordered systems. The time of flight (TOF) measurement method was the experimental technique simulated . The simulation succeded in the fitting of transitory current lineshapes i n the case when the excited charge is trapped in the excitation region. In this situation a maximum in the transitory current appears, which is also f itted by the simulation of TOF.
