The stoichiometric LSBN-SBT ceramic system was obtained for different conce
ntrations of Titanium ions, where the Nb5+ was substituted by Ti4+ accordin
g to the following expression Sr0.255La0.03Ba0.7Nb2-yTiyO6-y/2. Oxygen vaca
ncies are thus created which, together with the vacancies in the A sites of
the TTB material structure, play an important role in their phase transiti
on and dielectric properties, due to the crucial role that the occupancy of
the crystallographic sites plays in such kind of structures.
