Abstract
The synthesis of several beta-amino alcohols derived from (R)-cysteine with morpholine and ate-crown ether structures is described. These ligands were tested in the addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde and enantiomeric exc esses up to 92% were obtained. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights re served.
