Endoscopic treatment of infertile women with mullerian anomalies: reproductive outcomes

37 reproductive age women with mullerian anomalies (MA) underwent laparosco pic treatment for infertility. In 35 of them associated gynecologic disease s were the reasons of infertility, most frequently endometriosis - 65.7%. A fter laparoscopic treatment 17 (45,9 %) women have conceived during 1-3 yea rs of follow-up. Reproductive results after endoscopic treatment of the wom en with MA depended on a kind of associated gynecologic pathology and corre sponded to average parameters of laparoscopic treatment efficiency of infer tile women without MA.
