Abstract
Tamoxifen is a non-steroid antiestrogen widely used as adjuvant therapy in breast cancer. It has been associated with a variety of endometrial and/or myometrial changes. We propose a method for the diagnostic approach of thes e changes using vaginoscopic hysteroscopy.
