Abstract
A series of new 5-arylidene 3-aryl-pyrrolidine-2,4-diones has been prepared . Their binding affinity toward the N-methyl-D-aspartate (glycine site) rec eptor has been measured as a basis for more derailed structure-activity rel ationship studies.
