Genomic structure of the human ribosomal protein L41 gene

Using PCR technique, genomic DNA encoding the gene of the human ribosomal p rotein L41 was amplified. Subsequent sequencing showed that the gene was co nstituted with 4 exons and 3 introns. Because the amplified gene contained introns and whole the open reading frame, we concluded the fragment corresp onded to the functional gene.
