Abstract
Four types of phosphorothioate antisense oligonucleotides for transforming growth factor-beta 2 were synthesized and tested for their antisense activi ty in U937 cells. The full-length phosphorothioate modified antisense analo gues exhibited the highest inhibitory effects on the transforming growth fa ctor-beta 2 expression in U937 cells.
