Abstract
Enzymatic synthesis of galactobiosides using a versatile CLONEZYME((TM)) th ermostable glycosidase library was studied. One-pot transglycosylation reac tions were demonstrated to synthesize beta(1-->4), beta(1-->6), and alpha(1 -->6) disaccharide sequences with high regioselectivity and moderate to hig h yields.
