Sjogren's syndrome is one of the most common systemic rheumatic diseases. P ulmonary disease is prevalent in Sjogren's syndrome; respiratory manifestat ions include chronic cough, obstructive airways disease, pulmonary lymphoma , and interstitial lung disease that may progress to severe pulmonary fibro sis.
