Abstract
An exact formula is given for the probability distribution of a call delay in a private mobile radio (PMR) system serving a number of unbalanced group s of callers, i.e. groups offering different traffic loads, which generalis es a recent result [3] for balanced groups. This formula may help to dimens ion PMR systems.
