Abstract
We describe a case of a four year-old boy, with congenital ectopia lentis e t pupillae, who developed patchy unilateral depigmentation oi the skin, hai r and lashes. The association between ectopia lentis et pupillae and transi llumination of the iris is well documented in the literature, but it has ne ver been reported with skin hypopigmentation.
