Spontaneous coronary artery dissection is a rare coronary pathology whose p
recise incidence, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and evolution have not
been clearly established. Sudden death accounts for the majority of present
ations. It occurs most commonly in young women in the left anterior descend
ing coronary artery. We report the case of a its-year-old male with asympto
matic spontaneous dissection in the anterior descending coronary artery. (C
