Abstract
Vasculitis is a rare complication of therapy with anti-thyroid medication. Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis has been d escribed in patients treated with propylthiouracil (PTU) and other anti-thy roid drugs. The majority of cases have underlying Graves' disease. We prese nt a case of PTU-induced pANCA positive vasculitis in a patient with a mult inodular goitre. We review the literature.
