Abstract
Two new normal equations relating the coefficients of an (almost) peri odic FIR system and the time-varying third-order cumulants of the syst em output are derived. from which two new linear algebraic algorithms are presented for parameter estimation. Simulation results show that t he new algorithms perform better than the recently published linear cl osed-form algorithm.
