Abstract
Aqueous solubilities for some guanine derivatives were estimated by semiemp irical equations developed by Yalkowsky and Valvani(1) using the data for p artition coefficient and melting temperature. It was shown that in the case of guanine derivatives examined in this study, the solubility values could not be estimated adequately by these equations.
