Abstract
The possibility of obtaining information on the disjoining pressure of asymmetrical wetting films on the basis of experimental data concerni ng polymolecular adsorption of different substances by porous material s was studied. The conditions under which this approach is adequate we re formulated. Alternative representation of the initial results conce rning polymolecular adsorption was analyzed to establish the effect of the molecular, ionic electrostatic, and structural components of disj oining pressure on film thickness.
