Abstract
The d(33), coefficient for second harmonic generation has been measure d in reverse proton exchanged LiNbO3, waveguides. The d(33) value in Z -cut guides is between 50 and 100% of the substrate value, while in X- cue guides is similar to 5% and in Y-guides is negligible.
