Abstract
The impedance spectra of thin-film electrodes prepared from single-crystal semiconductor diamond are obtained and analyzed. The concentration of uncom pensated accepters in single-crystal diamond films is estimated by the line ar and nonlinear impedance methods. The presentations of the Mott-Schottky plots for semiconductor electrodes are discussed for the frequency-dependen t differential capacitance.
