Abstract
An intraosseous ganglion is a relatively uncommon, benign, cyst-like lesion that occurs in young and middle-aged adults. Most commonly seen adjacent t o the hip, ankle, knee, or wrist, they are histologically identical to thei r soft tissue counterparts. A review of the literature revealed only two pr eviously reported examples of bilateral symmetrical ganglia of the lunate b ones.
