V. Ocelik et al., The study of nanocrystallization process in Finemet using the activation energy spectrum model, ACT PHYS SL, 48(6), 1998, pp. 699-702
A physically new approach for the description of kinetics of nanocrystalliz
ation process formed extremely good soft magnetic material from amorphous F
inemet alloy is presented. The nanocrystallization process is assumed to be
a superposition of local crystallization transformations, each with its ow
n characteristic activation energy. Using isothermal resistivity changes an
d differential scanning calorimetry in linear heating regime it has been sh
own that the nanocrystallization is a thermally activated process with a di
stribution of activation energies.
