Thin films of Fe86Zr7B6Cu1 alloy were investigated using magneto-optical Ke
rr effect (MOKE) and ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) measurements. Rapid crys
tallization of the films, observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM
), correlated with the changes of coercivity H-C, resonance linewidth Delta
H-pp, effective magnetization M-eff, and resistivity rho.
