Magnetic and structural properties of Co67Fe3Cr3Si15B12 alloy thin films pr
epared by flash evaporation onto cooled glass substrates were studied. Tran
sition from the amorphous (as-deposited) to the microcrystalline state appe
aring after annealing process was confirmed by transmission electron micros
copy (TEM) and resistivity rho(T) measurements. A maximum in the effective
magnetization M-eff was observed just after the first stage of annealing. T
he magnetic investigations were carried out employing the magneto-optical K
err effect (MOKE) and the ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) technique.
