Abstract
Malignant Triton tumor (or malignant schwannoma with rhabdomyoblastic diffe rentiation) is a rare entity with a very poor prognosis. This is the second report of this type of rare and aggressive sarcoma arising in the maxilla. The clinical course, therapeutic approach, and histopathological aspects o f the case are presented.
