Totally intra-articular arthroscopic knot: Push and twist technique

Many techniques and instruments have been developed for performing arthrosc opic repair with sutures. The technique for performing and completing arthr oscopic knots are essentially extra-articular Catching soft tissue, breakag e, and damage of the suture and tightening inside the cannula are the essen tial problems with the extracorporeal knots. We describe an arthroscopic te chnique for making knots totally intracorporally based in the creation of i ntra-articular loops that can help the surgeon in repairs of different stru ctures.
